UT Southwestern Health System’s Celebration of Excellence will highlight examples of innovation and improvement throughout our hospitals and clinics across five categories: People, Safety, Quality, Service, and Financial Stewardship. Open to the entire campus, this year's event will feature a keynote speech by Thomas Lee, M.D., M.Sc., internist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and Chief Medical Officer of Press Ganey, Inc. Dr. Lee became a Professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health in 2004. Prior to joining Press Ganey in 2013, he was Network President for Partners HealthCare System, an integrated delivery system founded by Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals. Dr. Lee has performed research leading to five books and more than 300 articles in peer-reviewed journals, most recently Healthcare’s Path Forward (2023).
