The FY26 performance evaluation process begins April 29, and these live sessions are designed to help individual contributors feel confident, prepared, and ready to tell their story. Annual evaluations are more than a requirement – they’re an opportunity to reflect on your contributions, recognize your impact, and think intentionally about what’s next. This session will walk you through what to expect and how to approach your self‑evaluation in a thoughtful, meaningful way. Eligible employees hired on or before March 1, 2026, must undergo a performance review from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.Complete your self-evaluations by May 31. "RNA Structure-Dependent miR Clustering Governs PKD1 Dosage and ADPKD Severity" Speaker: Mauricio Ostrosky-Frid, M.D., Ph.D. PSTP Fellow Division of Nephrology UT Southwestern Medical Center About Mauricio Ostrosky-Frid: Originally from Mexico, Dr. Ostrosky-Frid earned his medical degree and his doctorate from National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City. He completed internal medicine residency training at UT Southwestern before beginning fellowship training in nephrology through the Physician Scientist Training Program (PSTP). He is currently training with Vishal Patel, M.D., and Ronak Lakhia, M.D., with a special interest in genetic kidney diseases, especially Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPDK), and the mechanisms for mRNA regulation., powered by Localist, the Community Event Platform
