Jenna Glover, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist and Chief Clinical Officer at Headspace, will host an engaging discussion that celebrates the power of personal stories, small shifts, and sustainable well-being. This event, focused on the theme, “In Every Story, There’s Strength,” is designed to remind us that while mental health journeys are deeply personal, the resilience within them connects us all. Dr. Glover will explore how reclaiming and intentionally using our energy can transform the way we live and work.
