The FY26 performance evaluation process begins April 29, and these live sessions are designed to support people managers with at least one direct report as they prepare for and lead effective evaluations. Annual evaluations are a key leadership responsibility and an important opportunity to recognize contributions, clarify expectations, and support employee growth. This session focuses on helping managers approach the process with confidence, consistency, and clarity – so evaluation conversations are meaningful and productive for both managers and employees. Eligible employees hired on or before March 1, 2026, must undergo a performance review from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.Employee self-evaluations are due May 31.
