Despite a return to normalcy not happening in 2023, UT Southwestern’s faculty, staff, students, and trainees were unstoppable, embracing a new reality.

The Office of Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs (CMPA) promotes UT Southwestern Medical Center’s brand by combining the institution’s communications, marketing, and public affairs efforts to advance UT Southwestern’s reputation as one of the country's leading academic medical centers, patient-care providers, and research institutions.

UT Southwestern offers a two-year Clinical Informatics Fellowship through the Department of Pediatrics to physicians who are certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or board-eligible in one of the ABMS primary specialties. The fellowship provides a broad clinical informatics experience and is supported by the Clinical Informatics Center.

OCHRE's multistep, evidence-based process to enhance the quality of study materials in Spanish. This process helps ensure that materials are culturally appropriate, accurate, and conceptually equivalent to the English versions.

OCHRE's Community Advisory Panel (CAP) is a group of diverse community, patient, and caregiver stakeholders who assist in accessing community health care and social services, especially in communities such as those served by Dallas County’s integrated safety-net system, Parkland Health. The CAP helps researchers learn about community needs and priorities and to inform their work from the client or patient perspective.

The Informatics Coordinating Office offers many services jointly sponsored by the CTSA Program at UT Southwestern to researchers, learners, and faculty.
