Pediatric Radiology Division
The Pediatric Radiology Division at UT Southwestern Medical Center is based at Children’s Health℠ Children's Medical Center and provides coverage for Children's Health℠, as well as pediatric imaging for Parkland Hospital and William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital.
Currently, 17 pediatric radiologists are board-certified by the American College of Radiology and hold Certificates of Added Qualifications in pediatric radiology and/or neuroradiology. Many of the pediatric radiologists are fellowship trained in addition to pediatric radiology, including neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, interventional radiology, and body imaging.
The level of expertise of our pediatric radiologists supports the busy clinical services across the hospitals, enriches our residency programs, and supports the academic mission of UT Southwestern.
The Pediatric Radiology Division provides clinical and academic training to three fellows annually through our Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Program. We also offer Texas Medical Board-accredited fellowship training to one fellow through our Pediatric Interventional Radiology Fellowship Program and another in our Pediatric Neuroradiology Fellowship Program.
