Endowment Office

The Endowment Office is responsible for overseeing and administratively monitoring the endowed fund accounts that are established when donors make gifts to support in perpetuity specific, donor-designated programs at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
The Endowment Office carries out compliance activities associated with endowment gifts, such as ensuring that annual reports are sent to donors, updating the President on the status of endowed positions and programs, and tracking commitments and expenditures involving funds from endowment accounts.
In addition, the Endowment Office ensures that individuals authorized to make decisions about or approve expenses from endowment accounts participate in mandatory training sessions on a regular basis.
UT Southwestern is grateful for the endowment gifts it receives from generous donors and is fundamentally committed to being an excellent steward of this philanthropy.
