UT Southwestern Open Records Requests Received

I'm writing to request under the Texas Public Information Act electronic copies of the following: (1)  All UTSW vendors from the beginning of FY 2012 to present, including vendor name, vendor class, phone number, when the vendor contract was created, vendor address, payment terms, tax ID; (2) a check register of all payments made by UTSW from the beginning of FY 2012 to present
