The Office of the Registrar, a unit within UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost, supports teaching and learning for UT Southwestern’s Medical, Graduate, and Health Professions Schools by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and stewarding student records from application to degree conferral to licensure processing.

Location and Hours

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Skillern Building (Building M), which is adjacent to the Bryan Williams, M.D. Student Center on the South Campus.
