UT Southwestern Open Records Requests Received

I would like to make a few separate PIA requests regarding bariatric surgeon Ed Livingston and general surgeon Joe Minei:  (1) Please provide any UTSW and/or Parkland official announcements of Ed Livingstons resignation as the Chairman of the GI/Endocrine surgery division and from the medical staff and faculty of Parkland and UTSW; (2) Please also provide any official announcement, including dates, of Joe Minei's appointment as the official Chairman of the Burn, Trauma & Critical Care (BTCC) surgery division; (3) Please provide any court decisions or injunctions that prevent Parkland or UTSW from naming a replacement for BTCC chairmanship
