Community Recruitment Initiatives
UT Southwestern Medical Center comprises a mosaic of talented employees from diverse backgrounds. The Division of Community Recruitment Initiatives strives to foster an environment where all employees are valued for their uniqueness and individuality and know that their efforts contribute to the continued success of UT Southwestern.
In particular, this division works to ensure that minority job seekers are aware of the countless career options and know how to access these career opportunities.
Particular focus is placed on increasing the numbers of minorities in leadership positions. In addition to working toward attracting these candidates, UT Southwestern utilizes a mentoring program to prepare minority employees to assume leadership roles.
