Michelson Philanthropies and Science Prize
The Michelson Philanthropies and Science Prize for Immunology is awarded by the Michelson Philanthropies in association with Science magazine for an early career researcher.  Nominees must be 35 years old or younger.

The Nemmers Prize is awarded for achievement and work of lasting significance in the field of medical science.

Norman Hackerman Award in Chemical Research (The Welch Foundation)
The Welch Foundation's Norman Hackerman Award in Chemical Research was established to recognize the accomplishments of chemical scientists in Texas who are in their early careers and to serve as an encouragement to those who are embarking on careers dedicated to increasing our fundamental understanding of chemistry.

Switzer Prize
The Switzer Prize recognizes discoveries in basic research in the biological and biomedical sciences that have the potential to inspire transformative breakthroughs in medicine.
