Integrated Program
The six-year Integrated Model is structured such that fifteen months are dedicated to integrated core plastic surgery training and the last four and three quarter years to specific plastic surgery training, all under the direction of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Individuals accepted into the integrated program at UT Southwestern will receive all of their RRC-mandated prerequisite education and training. We have customized this experience by including rotations in dermatology, orthopaedic hand surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, ophthalmology (oculoplastic) and otolaryngology.
