Parking registration for fiscal year 2024

To the UT Southwestern Community:

As we approach the end of this fiscal year (FY), we want to ensure that you’re aware of parking registration information that may be relevant to you.

Employees, faculty, and students who wish to park on campus must have their vehicles registered with Parking Services.

If you already have a permit paid via payroll deduction, it will automatically renew, and no action is required on your part.

Parking permits that are not currently set up through payroll deduction must be renewed. To make certain that you have active parking beginning Sept. 1, visit the Parking Portal or one of the parking offices on campus.

Please note that for most employees, there will be a 2% increase in parking fees for FY24.
