Performance review goes electronic for FY19

For fiscal year 2019, the performance review process for classified employees is being redesigned based on responses from a pilot of more than 5,000 UT Southwestern employees. Additional feedback will be gathered over the next few months to develop an online tool, available next summer. This component will replace the traditional paper evaluation forms and allow flexibility within the review process by taking into account the employee’s job family (e.g., research scientists, registered nurses, etc.). 

Training for the online tool will be scheduled for summer 2019. In the meantime, all employees are welcome to attend an informational session: 

  • 2-3 p.m. Oct. 10, NG3.112 (T. Boone Pickens Building); this session will be streamed live.
  • 10-11 a.m. Oct. 12, D1.502 (McDermott Lecture Hall)
