Get a sneak peek of the first phase of MyUTSW’s upgrade

The Communications Department is upgrading the technology and design of the campus intranet, MyUTSW. This improvement will:

  • Make the site more mobile-friendly and consistent with other UTSW websites.
  • Create a more engaging user experience by expanding the capability for photo galleries, animations, and other creative elements.
  • Provide a robust digital foundation for an online version of Center Times, scheduled to launch during Phase 2 of the upgrade this August.

All the content you’re used to having on the MyUTSW homepage – such as quick-access buttons to PeopleSoft, the policy library, and quick links to other popular content – will still be there, and now it will be crisper, cleaner, and more accessible.

Besides the new technology and design that Communications is delivering, content managers and editors across campus have been participating in meetings and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and to update content on those pages. Anyone interested in learning more about the upgrade is invited to attend one of the remaining town hall-style information sessions. Register via Taleo – search “MyUTSW” – to attend a session on June 22 or June 27.
