The 33 patient service representatives at UT Southwestern University Hospitals & Clinics, who are often the first people with whom patients interact when they arrive on campus for clinical care, have recently been outfitted with stylish blazers that are meant to signal to visitors that they’re here to be of service. Decked out in their new blazers in the lobby of the Seay Biomedical Building are patient reps Sedrick Waters and Sherry Webb with Carol Key (center), assistant vice president for clinical operations.
