Capra Symposium: Focus on MS

Capra Research Syposium
The 2013 Capra Research Symposium, held recently at UT Southwestern, drew an audience of about 300 people, including faculty, students, and members of the community, to learn about the diagnosis, treatment, and management of multiple sclerosis. The event has been sponsored annually since 1998 by Dr. J. Donald Capra (right) and his wife, Dr. Patricia Capra (second from right). Speakers (from left) included Dr. Scott Davis, Director of the Applied Physiology Laboratory at Southern Methodist University; Teresa Frohman, a Physician Assistant and principal research collaborator in UTSW’s Multiple Sclerosis Program; and Dr. Elliot Frohman, Director of UTSW’s MS Program.
