Costs

There is no tuition cost for the Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. If you’re accepted, you’ll be an employee of UT Southwestern beginning in February of your residency year and receive a salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience. The program will cover the cost of educational programming and attendance at a state or national meeting. You’ll also receive standard benefits, including continuing education, full medical and liability insurance coverage, and accrued paid time off. Textbooks, journal subscriptions, and other costs will be your responsibility. We can’t guarantee continued employment beyond the residency program year.
