Please mark your calendars for the 6th Annual Education Week/Southwestern Academy of Teachers (SWAT) Educational Symposium at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Scheduled for April 5–8, 2016, the Symposium will offer opportunities to participate in several faculty development sessions that focus on honing your skills as a teacher.

"Team STEPPS implementation tactics–Understanding cognitive error in decision analysis through debriefing"

This will be a dynamic 3-hour interactive session on the fundamentals of decision analysis, how to debrief with good judgment, and utilize the “inquiry with advocacy” methodology to lead learners toward self-awareness of how they make decisions.
