Personal Leadership

  • Develop your emotional intelligence
  • Identify key emotional triggers for yourself and others, and learn techniques to control them 
  • Learn core principles and practical tools for organizing your work and managing your time

Creating and Leading Effective Teams

  • Learn tools and techniques to build a high performing team, including defining staffing needs, setting goals, developing and engaging your team
  • Develop strategies to build relationships beyond your teams (with peers, mentors, and bosses)

Situational Leadership and Diversity

  • Learn how to adapt your leadership style to lead each individual to optimum performance
  • Develop most effective approaches to one-on-one leadership
