LEVEL Up

LEVEL Up is a new leadership program available for faculty members stepping up to the next level of leadership.

Program Overview

15 hours of in-person learning distributed over 8 sessions. Information will be immediately useable and transformational for a cohort of faculty in mid-career leadership roles.

Application Criteria

  • Associate Professors or Professors, including, but not limited to:
    • Division Chiefs (including Interim)
    • Vice Chairs
    • Chairs of Departments or Centers
  • Faculty leaders with financial responsibilities
  • Faculty in a leadership role that may involve recruitment and/or supervision of other faculty members

Support from your Chair is highly encouraged before submitting your application

Curriculum

The sessions will be held in-person on the first Tuesday of the month.
