One of the primary missions of UTSW as an academic medical center is education. This section of faculty development is specifically dedicated to career development as educators including: programs, tools, and connections for our faculty educators.
Programs to improve teaching skills, receive micro-credentialling, and network with other faculty members in an online community.
Promotion and Tenure Committee ensures faculty understand the academic advancement timeline and criteria for each distinct academic rank and track as it relates.

SWAT encompasses a group of elite educators who strive to provide an academic and organizational environment that:
