Campus Post Office

The University has two locations to serve the personal mailing needs of faculty, staff, and students.

South Campus Post Office

The South Campus Post Office is located within the University Store at C1.002 (Cafeteria side) and provides the same type of services available at an official post office, except for postal money orders. Payment options include cash, credit card, and personal check with a valid driver’s license. Stamps may be purchased by book, roll, or individually. 

The Campus Post Office is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays.

Bass Center Tower 2 Post Office

The Bass Center Tower 2 location can be found at D.106 (bottom level of building) and offers the same services as the South Campus Post Office. The location accepts cash and personal check with a valid driver’s license.

Postage stamps may also be purchased on the North Campus Commons by the University Store.

Mailboxes

In addition to the Post Office, there are four U.S. Postal Mailboxes on the UT Southwestern campus. They are located in the following spots: 

• Inside Building C, next to the McDermott Dining Hall
• Outside on the Main Campus Plaza near the crosswalk leading to the Faculty garage
• Outside of the St. Paul building near POB I    
• Ground level between Parkland Memorial Hospital and Charles Sprague Building (CS)
