Section of UT Southwestern Drive temporarily closed
A section of UT Southwestern Drive, on South Campus, will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions, starting Monday, Dec. 10. The section will be between Laboratory Research and Support (JA) building and the Facilities Management (P) building.
Last paychecks for 2018, W-4s, and electronic W-2s
Monthly paid employees will receive their last paycheck for the 2018 tax year on Dec. 3. Please review and update your W-4 tax withholding information, by Nov. 16 in PeopleSoft. Biweekly paid employees have until Dec. 21.
2019 DART Pass application period, Nov. 12-16
Parking Services will begin accepting Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Pass applications for 2019 on Monday, Nov. 12. Applications are due no later than 11:59 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16.
Celebrate Diwali with an Indian lunch at the Clements University Hospital cafeteria
Clements University Hospital Nutrition Services will be celebrating Diwali on Nov. 7 with a special menu of Indian food including alu chole, navratan korma, raita, almond lamb pudding, gajar halwa, and naan bread.
Volunteers needed for HealthFest at KwanzaaFest, Dec. 8-9
Volunteers are needed to register vendors, work in the KidFest and Prize Center areas, assist with setup on Friday (day and evening), oversee the 5K Walk/Run on Saturday morning, and collect tickets at the door.
