Research Participant Advocate for Researchers
The Research Participant Advocate (RPA) is a trained research specialist who serves as a resource for participants and a liaison to Clinical Research Unit staff, investigators, and study teams. The RPA’s main objective is to ensure the safety, satisfaction, and confidentiality of research participants who visit the unit. The RPA is the first point of contact for any concerns regarding participant encounters in the CRU.
RPA services are complementary for every active protocol served in the CRU.
