Research guides medical progress. At UT Southwestern Medical Center, we are proud of the great strides and many accomplishments made by our physicians and scientists. It is important to recognize that these gains would not be possible without the assistance our investigators receive from the Office of Research Administration.

Led by Angela Wishon, J.D., Research Administration oversees all components of research management, including:

• Pre-award administrative services for grants and contracts
• Guidance regarding regulatory matters
• Facilitation of partnerships with other entities in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors, including conflicts of interest
• Technical assistance
• Safety policies and procedures
• Animal resources
