Research guides medical progress. At UT Southwestern, we are proud of the great strides and many accomplishments made by our physicians and scientists. It is important to recognize that these gains would not be possible without the assistance our investigators received from the Office of Research Administration.

Led by Angela Wishon, JD, Research Administration oversees all components of research management, including:

• Pre-award administrative services for grants and contracts
• Guidance regarding regulatory matters
• Facilitation of partnerships with other entities in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors, including conflicts of interest
• Technical assistance
• Safety policies and procedures
• Animal resources
