Group Fitness: Spinning

Participants will enjoy a challenging and authentic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills, the outdoor cycling experience comes indoors. Class size is limited by the 7 bikes we have available. Newcomers are welcome the classes are designed so that 1st timers can participate at their own pace until they get comfortable with the programs. Call the Student Center at (214) 648-3578 to reserve a bike the day of the class.

Group Fitness: Strength Training

Combination class including strength training and cardiovascular training.

Group Fitness: Yoga

An Iyengar based class with emphasis on alignment in all postures. Props such as belts, blankets, and blocks are used so all practitioners can achieve the posture regardless of level of practice. A combination of stretching and strengthening brings balance and harmony from continuous practice.

Group Fitness: Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party! Shake your booty to a blend of Latin and International beats in this incredibly fun fitness-based dance class. No dance experience needed.

Group Fitness: Total Training

Start your weekend right with this energizing circuit style workout that blends cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Be ready to play hard and get sweaty using a variety of equipment, moves, and drills.
