Group Fitness: Spinning

Participants will enjoy a challenging and authentic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills, the outdoor cycling experience comes indoors. Class size is limited by the 7 bikes we have available. Newcomers are welcome the classes are designed so that 1st timers can participate at their own pace until they get comfortable with the programs. Group Fitness: Power Yoga

Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well- being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength, and posture. The class will incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.
