UT Southwestern Medical Park Apartments

UT Southwestern Medical Center has on-campus housing for students, clinical and research trainees, and junior faculty. Phase I, which opened in August 2001, consists of 156 units with 60 one-bedroom/one-bath units, and 96 two-bedroom/two-bath units. Phase II, now complete, added 126 new units.

The gated community has a 24/7 courtesy officer stationed at the entry control booth, an on-premises leasing office, a fitness center, a clubhouse with a study center, a gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, and scheduled shuttle service to the UT Southwestern campus.

The information that UT Southwestern collects will be retained and maintained as required by Texas records retention laws (Section 441.180, et. seq. of the Texas Government Code) and rules. Different types of information are kept for different periods of time.
