Disease-Oriented Clinical Scholars (DOCS)

The goal of the Disease-Oriented Clinical Scholars (DOCS) program is to facilitate the growth of state of the art research in clinical departments at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Endowment for Scholars

The Endowed Scholars Program in Medical Science provides $1,200,000 over four years to first-time, tenure-track assistant professors at UT Southwestern. Funded by private endowment, the program assures the successful launch of young and creative investigators entering both basic science and clinical departments. 

Endowed Scholars in Clinical Oncology

The Eugene P. Frenkel Program for Endowed Scholars in Clinical Oncology provides a tremendous opportunity for recently recruited faculty at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The Program provides funding over four years to recruit and support new faculty members and promote enduring excellence in patient care in oncology. 

Ethics in Science and Medicine

The Ethics Program is dedicated to advancing research, education, and clinical service relevant to ethical issues in science and medicine. 

Physician Scientist Training Program (PSTP)

The PSTP provides young physicians with specialized options for post-residency scientific training at UT Southwestern.
