The Neuroradiology Division provides world-class neuroimaging capabilities and expertise to the community and region. Our vibrant group of neuroradiologists demonstrate excellence in patient care, teaching, and research using state-of-the-art imaging tools and cutting-edge approaches. We have internationally recognized expertise in functional MRI, perfusion imaging including arterial spin label MRI, diffusion tensor imaging, and complex spine and neuro-interventional procedures.

Patient Care

The Neuroradiology Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center offers both diagnostic and therapeutic neuroradiology. Our experienced faculty includes specialists in head and neck radiology, spine imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, and interventional neuroradiology. Research

Intellectual vibrancy and technological innovation are core values of the Neuroradiology Division. In addition to being actively engaged in research activity, we also maintain our own research angiography lab.

Education

The Neuroradiology Division provides clinical and academic training for residents and fellows in the Department of Radiology. Our outstanding Neuroradiology Fellowship and our Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology/Neuroendovascular Surgery Fellowship training programs are intended to prepare radiologists for successful careers in either academic or private practice settings, and to become leaders in neuroimaging.
