Aesthetic Fellowship

The Department of Plastic Surgery has established a unique aesthetic fellowship with a focused one-year experience fully devoted to all aspects of cosmetic surgery under the direction of Fritz Barton, MD. The fellow has responsibility for independent practice of cosmetic surgery on patients with faculty consultation. The fellowship will provide a comprehensive transitional year with graduated responsibility before entering independent practice. The fellow has comprehensive independent management of all aspects of a cosmetic plastic surgery practice with intense involvement by national leaders in plastic surgery from the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Dallas community.

To Apply

Applicants must have, or obtain prior to commencing the fellowship, a Texas medical license, hospital privileges at various private hospitals, and be BC/BE in Plastic Surgery.
