Fellowships

The Department of Otolaryngology offers several fellowships. They include:

• Research Fellowship: Coordinated through Debra Weinberger, M.D., Director of the Research Division. A three-month clinical observation is also an option. 
• Rhinology Fellowship: Submitted to the Texas Medical Board for approval. It is a one-year fellowship under the direction of Matthew Ryan, M.D.
• Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship: Submitted to the Texas Medical Board and the ACGME for approval. This is a one-year fellowship under the direction of Romaine Johnson, M.D.
• Neurotology Fellowship: ACGME- approved. It is a two-year fellowship under the direction of J. Walter Kutz, M.D.
