Clinical Genetics
The Division of Clinical Genetics provides clinical genetics services to adult patients with genetic disorders. Members of the division are joint faculty in the McDermott Center for Human Growth and Development/Center for Human Genetics, where the goal is to foster excellence in human genetics and genomics. The McDermott Center provides expertise and resources for both clinicians and basic scientists to identify genes and sequence variation contributing to human diseases and traits.
Visit the McDermott Center website to learn more about the Genetics Center and how it supports the care of patients with genetic diseases, research in human genetics, and educational activities supporting human genetics in the medical and graduate schools.
The site includes details about the medical genetics residency program, faculty research interests, employment and training opportunities, and more.
