Claim to fame: I met Pope John Paul II during his visit to San Antonio in 1997.

Passions: My wife and I love immersing ourselves in Renaissance fairs. In fact, we’re longtime Friends of the Faire (season pass holders) at the one close to home, the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie, Texas.
