First UTSW job: Working as a Mail Clerk in 1988.

Best part of my job: I’m able to promote good customer service by helping people, and I get to meet and communicate with a lot of different people.

How co-workers describe me: Hardworking and dependable because I believe in getting the problem fixed and won’t stop until a resolution is found.

Surprising facts: I was an independent DJ for a little over 10 years. Also, my passion is actually restoring old cars – not computers.

Unusual memory: One year, I washed my truck on Father’s Day, drove it to work the next day, and then someone stole it from the parking garage. I guess I did too good of a job washing it.

Final note: Every day won’t be a good day, and some days will be greater than others. Take time out to smile and say hi to others. Always be in the positive group and not the negative one. Don’t dwell in the past but look forward to the future. Remember, you are and always will be a part of UT Southwestern. Make a stand in whatever you do at UTSW, no matter how big or small. Put God first and everything will fall into place.
