CTCS Supervisor
Centralized Telephone Communication Services (CTCS)

First UTSW job: I was hired as a Campus Operator in 1993.

Best part of my job: I love interacting with my team, imparting knowledge, and helping them grow.

How co-workers describe me: Fair – I make it a priority to treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I always say, “I have to be able to sleep at night.”

Best memory: My best moments have been watching the University expand and grow since I came 25 years ago. Being able to witness all the new additions, especially William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, is amazing.

Final note: I love my family and especially my husband of 22 years, Harry Riser.
