Get ready to rumble (just your stomach), because food trucks have come to campus.

UT Southwestern recently introduced a food truck pilot program to provide four extra dining options each week.

“We have been listening to the employees and students, and we think this will be a great addition to food services on campus,” said Justin Arrington, Assistant Director for Auxiliary Enterprises.

For the September pilot, food trucks were stationed at North and South Campus. To find out which trucks will be at which locations on a rotating schedule, visit the Food Services page on the UTSW intranet.

Food truck locations:

North Campus – Simmons Rose Garden (entrance to N buildings, off Medical Records Drive)

South Campus – Student parking lot #4 (near student garage #3, across from the tennis court)
