O’Donnell School of Public Health’s first commencement

Following the Peter O’Donnell Jr. School of Public Health’s inaugural graduation ceremony, graduates and family members enjoyed a reception and posed for photos.

UT Southwestern’s fourth and newest school, which began in August 2023, completed its inaugural class in May, honoring graduates from its Master of Public Health, Master of Science in Clinical Investigation, and Ph.D. programs. The exemplary cohort completed more than 8,600 hours of community-focused internships. Hear inspiring words from some of the first graduates and view highlights from the historic ceremony.
