Best part about my job: What I love most about my job is building relationships. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know people from so many different areas of the hospital. My role in Float Pool and staffing has only deepened those connections, as I work closely with a variety of departments and teams. Those relationships are what make the work meaningful to me.
