Unique UTSW memory: In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 surge, we navigated unprecedented challenges, including critical personal protective equipment shortages – especially masks. Despite the uncertainty of the moment, we adapted quickly, stayed resourceful, and remained unwavering in our commitment to protecting both our patients and one another. It was a truly extraordinary chapter in healthcare and one that showcased everyone’s resilience and teamwork.
