Best part about my job: One of the things I value most in my role is the strong sense of teamwork and support among my co-workers. Working alongside such dedicated, compassionate, and skilled professionals makes even the most challenging days rewarding. Additionally, I find a great deal of fulfillment in mentoring others – helping new team members grow, building their confidence, and sharing what I’ve learned over the years. Being able to contribute to their success is one of the most meaningful parts of my job.
