Hobbies: I am super involved in Scouting America – from the time my son started as a Cub Scout all the way to him getting his Eagle Scout Award. We both had the opportunity to get the Triple Crown Award by attending Sea Base (twice), Northern Tier (twice), and Philmont Scout Ranch. Then, when girls were allowed to join, I became a Scoutmaster of a girl troop that evolved into a family troop with both girls and boys. I have also now hosted a total of nine exchange students from Europe, Paraguay, and Korea, most of whom were Scouts who were able to join Scouting in the U.S.
