Best part about my job: Research is not a sprint, but a marathon. It goes high and low and makes frequent turns. The best part is finding the answers to challenges I have faced. I am proud of my discoveries: I successfully spearheaded multiple projects independently, published my findings in numerous peer-reviewed, top-tier journals, and secured both federal and private foundation grants.
