Local graduates reunite at Alumni CONNECT-Fort Worth

UT Southwestern Medical School alumni reunited June 12 at the UT Southwestern Monty and Tex Moncrief Medical Center at Fort Worth. Attendees reminisced, networked with fellow graduates, and learned about the current state of their alma mater. Dr. Marc Nivet, Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement, and Dr. Angela Peterman Mihalic, Class of 1995, Dean of Medical Students and Associate Dean for Student Affairs, provided an update on UT Southwestern’s goals and shared information about the Medical School’s new curriculum, Academic Colleges, and student wellness initiatives. To date, Alumni CONNECT events have taken place across the state in Austin, San Antonio, and Fort Worth. A CONNECT-Houston event is scheduled for Oct. 24.
