Fiesta on the Plaza: A celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month

The UT Southwestern campus community enjoyed a lively midday Fiesta on the Plaza earlier this month. The outdoor event, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, took place Oct. 8 at McDermott Plaza on South Campus and featured delicious dishes from Hispanic countries along with games and cultural performances. Hosted by the Office for Institutional Opportunity, hundreds of attendees joined the festivities commemorating culture and community. Enjoy moments from the event captured in these photos.
