Carol Taylor was a journalist before she decided to go in a whole new direction as a dietician. She always had an interest in cooking and nutrition. Personal interests also contributed to her career changing move. As a student, Carol has enjoyed the variety of experiences and diversity of patients she has had exposure to at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
