UT Southwestern requires the submission of a Statement of Financial Interests between January 1 and March 1 annually for faculty members, research study team members, FLSA-exempt employees, medical students, UT Southwestern employees involved in certain levels of contracting, purchasing, or licensing, and members of institutional committees.
