About Us

Our laboratory is focused on understanding how cellular and molecular heterogeneity develops and impacts normal tissue growth, pancreatic cancer formation, and metastatic progression. Our laboratory employs a variety of novel approaches to address these fundamental questions, including genetically engineered mouse models, bioinformatics approaches, CRISPR screening tools, and clinical specimens (organoids and biopsies).

The laboratory is part of the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases, in the Department of Internal Medicine. The facilities are located in the South Campus of UT Southwestern, on the fifth floor of the Moss Building (J).
