Help Desk

We provide free consultations through our Help Desk.

For Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center members, help desk consultations up to 10 hours are provided at no charge by support from the BICF CPRIT grant (RP150596).

For all other researchers, BICF provides a free initial consultation and charges an hourly rate thereafter.

The Help Desk also performs data analysis on well-defined scientific questions and triages more open-ended requests for the Bioinformatician-on-Demand program.

       Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we will be suspending Drop-in Sessions until further notice.

  • 9 AM - 11 AM, Monday and Friday
